If there’s one thing I can’t have enough of in my wardrobe, it’s sunglasses. Mostly because I wear sunglasses year round – they are always in and there’s always a trend for that season or year in sunnies. Another reason I can’t get enough of these in my collection is that I’m constantly losing them, sitting on them leaving pairs in different cars or purses or overall destroying them in one way or another. Knowing myself, I am not one to purchase expensive sunglasses. I don’t have the latest Celine or Tom Ford in my shades collection and for good reason. With glasses being so inherently fragile and with new styles always becoming trendy, I like a quick turn around on my styles and usually want to pay under $150 for them. Sounds like you? Keep on reading for my favorite places to purchase affordable and stylish sunglasses.
This is your absolute best bet for glasses that look and feel like a pair of designer lenses but won’t break the bank. I especially am such a fan of the collaborative collections they created with Desi Perkins and love seeing new launches they do with other bloggers and influencers. Quay often has promo codes to get a further discount on their glasses which are already well under $100 at full price making them my top recommendation.
I buy a lot of my sunglasses from F21 and these are typically the pairs I’ll take with me on a hike, to a concert, on the lake, etc. They are roughly around 8-15 dollars for most styles (currently the most expensive style on their site is $28) and so they are perfect for active occasions in case they break but are stylish while you have them.
Believe it or not, Target has some amazing aviator styles that come in trendy colors, ombre styles and mirrored lenses. It is quite rare that I leave a Target without at least checking out the sunglass selection. Pairs are typically around 15-30 dollars and while they do have many styles, the classic aviator is my favorite to get from Target as I feel they are made so well for woman’s face.
Amazon sellers are surprisingly fast at churning out the latest styles and are really affordable. Amazon is also a great place to shop if you want a sunglass style that may be from a previous season that most fast fashion retailers like F21 may not carry anymore. With Prime shipping, your sunnies will be protecting your eyeballs within a couple of days and can always be returned if you aren’t fully satisfied.
Aldo makes affordable sunglasses that look like they came right off Kim K’s instagram. Enough said. They also will typically do a BOGO deal of some sort.

Saks Off 5th and Nordstrom Rack are also favorites of mine and my first stop if I am looking into getting a slightly more expensive piece without paying hundreds of dollars for new season styles. You can easily find brands like Balmain and Tom Ford but pay less than $150 for most items. While these styles may be from previous seasons, the quality of the shades are phenomenal and if you choose a more classic or timeless style you can have incredible longevity with your pair.
